Saturday 5th September - Calgary Highland Games

We had a good day out at the Calgary Highland Games where we watched the caber and hammer tossing, pipe band competitions and highland dancing competition.  We had lunch in the big marquee where there were a couple of good celtic bands playing. 

These guys were particularly good, called Celtic Spirit.  Straight from Scotland and played Queen, Beatles etc in celtic style which was very enjoyable
