1st June 2017 - Sarasota

We've settled in nicely to our accommodation in Sarasota but who wouldn't when it looks like this

Temperature in the mid 30s and sunset at about 8.30pm. This is a gated community American style.  They have their own little village with cafe, library, hair stylist and a few more things.  I've done my exercise class this morning at the centre and had a swim this afternoon.  You can also do line dancing, tennis or aquarobics if you want.  We've been to look at a few RV's in preparation for our sightseeing trip but haven't decided on the right one yet.  We did a bit of grocery shopping this afternoon and am still amazed at the prices of groceries.  Eggs 53 cents a dozen, milk 99 cents a gallon (4 litres) and cooked chicken $4.99.  We are definitely being ripped off in Australia.

We have some local squirrels that are very entertaining but the really cool thing is what you find near the water when you go for a walk.
