Glenwood Springs Colorado –Wednesday 12th May 2010

We travelled another 50 miles today, gee we’re doing a cracking pace. We decided to stay in Glenwood Springs as they have the largest hot springs baths in the world and as you all know we love our spas. We are up in the mountains not far from Aspen which I’m sure everyone’s heard of. We found an RV park and when I went in to book in there was a sign on the door saying they won’t be back till Friday, so I just walked through the park picked out a spot and we set up camp. Everyone in the park seemed to be a permanent and didn’t know the rates or anything so we took off for the afternoon to the baths. Wow, it was great to be so warm, after about 2 hours we were so wrinkled we had to get out. It was brilliant to lay in the hot water and watch the snow fall on the mountain in front of you.
