Love them Spuds – A week in Idaho – Friday, 11th –Thursday 17th June 2010 Continued some more

After 2 nights at Lake Walcott we moved on a little further to a place called Massacre Rocks State Park. This is another nice spot right beside the river. We did a couple of hikes just to keep in practice.

The mouse found a new friend at Idaho Falls, his name is Joe Blake

Next day and we’ve moved on a little closer back to Jackson and have found a brilliant campsite in a recreation area right next to (guess what) another river. This one has a dam on it and the water is gushing wildly from the overflow and down the river. Would be a great place to put a raft in. We are just outside of a small town called Pallisades near Swan Valley. We managed to get happy hour in and now it has started to rain, but the forcast for tomorrow is supposed to be better.
