Today we travelled to the outskirts of Cinncinati to stay at Big Bone Lick State Park which is the site of saltwater springs that were used by ancient indians for salt. It is also an archaelogical site where they are finding the bones of the woolly mammoth. They are also reintroducing bison back into the park and at the moment they have 10 adults and 5 calves.

Of course one has to have a bison hat
This is a mammoth skull, quite impressive
