Tuesday 25th July 2017 - Dayton OH

Today we went to the Wright Patterson Air Force Museum which is massive.  We spent about three hours there until it closed at 5pm.  If you like planes then you will be in your element.  There is a different section for every war the USA has ever been involved in and that's a lot.  They also have a section on early flight, the cold war and the spacecraft.

After the museum we just went a few miles down the road and camped in the air force base for $10.  Because Moon has a retired military pass we could get in.  It was great, spotless amenities, a lake and even got to have our first campfire for the trip.  The weather has cooled enough that we don't need aircon any more and could sleep under the doona all night.  We did wake up to the sounds of revellry over the loudspeakers which was pretty neat.
