Today we tackled the Seattle traffic to arrive at John's niece's house to pick up John and Stacha to join us for the rest of our trip. There's been lots of talking, laughing eating and drinking. It really is a sleepless place. The planes don't stop till about 2.00am and the trains go all night and blast their horns continually as they travel through the city. It really does take a bit of getting used to.

Anne's mum and dad and brother were all visiting for Anne's birthday so we all piled into two cars and went to Crystal Mountain for lunch at the summit. We had a gondola ride to get to the top.
